SHOWROOM IN SYDNEY'S EASTERN SUBURBS - 118 EDGECLIFF RD, WOOLLAHRA

Cove House

Stone: Crema Valencia
Architect: Koichi Takada
Builder: SFN Build Pty Ltd

Featured in the Local Project, Cove House is a six-bedroom luxury home in Sydney, inspired by the sandstone ridges that line the harbour. Its architecture feels carved by nature, with flowing, light-filled spaces that shift between openness and privacy. STS Stone supplied and installed all flooring in Crema Valencia (1200x1200cm tiles), adding warmth and cohesion to every level.

The home unfolds over three tiers. At the top, bedrooms and a generous master suite open onto a full-width balcony. This area offers quiet retreat. Just below, the main living spaces, kitchen, dining, and lounge, connect directly to the terrace, blurring indoor and outdoor living. Further down, the lower ground level introduces a second lounge, a gym, sauna, steam room, and a wine cellar.

From here, the design continues to cascade. The pool and sundeck lead down the site toward a private boathouse at the water’s edge. At every level, form follows function, supporting both family life and entertaining.

Crucially, the home responds to its setting. Angled balconies mirror the harbour’s curves. As a result, outdoor spaces feel intimate, grounded, and in tune with the landscape. Together, the architecture and natural stone finishes create a calm, sculpted sanctuary.

Crema Valencia Limestone is a parallel fine veined natural stone with consistent beige colour. The bush hammered and brushed surface finish gives the stone a soft texture that is suitable for outdoor floors, interior or exterior cladding.
Characterized by parallel veins and delicate grains on a soft sun-baked background, Crema Valencia breathes warmth and light into any living space.
