The homestead spans two wings with five bedrooms, a great room, gym, theatre, sauna, and pool. A raw, grounded material palette unifies the entire home.
STS Stone specified Grigio Argente to anchor the exterior language. It commands attention across external paving and stair treads. The honed grey surface and subtle white veining echo the surrounding hinterland terrain. Each tread is precise, tactile, and built to last.
The stone sits alongside honed concrete, face brick, walnut, bronze hardware, and stacked stonework. It adds visual weight at ground level while reflecting shifting hinterland light. Its durability equally meets the demands of coastal conditions. Grigio Argente transforms every threshold into an enduring statement. Each approach and entry carries the same refined presence as the home itself.
