The ground floor of 10 Macquarie Street, Parramatta sets a refined tone for this commercial office building, where natural stone anchors the arrival experience with quiet authority.
Capri Honed tiles in an 800×400 format cover the floor in a clean, considered layout. The matte surface of the honed Capri brings warmth and texture underfoot, balancing the openness of a ground floor plane designed for daily foot traffic. At the elevator core, Florence marble slabs introduce a moment of contrast, its veining adding depth and visual interest to the vertical surfaces where first impressions form.
